I absolutely adore the new release from Vera Lane Studio, Wildflowers. Isn’t she the cutest?! I colored her with alcohol markers, Inktense pencils and Posca white paint pen. The background is alcohol markers and Marabu mixed media crayons with a lil washi tape 🙂
I flipped the little cutie above and added her to my Stillman & Birn grey toned art journal. I wanted to challenge myself to do darker skin tones and I think this one turned out pretty well! She is also colored with the same mediums as mentioned above with the addition of Black Pitt artist pen and Neocolor ii.
I also made a 4×6 card. I love that this set has two characters plus two flowers and two quotes! You can mix and match for numerous different projects. She looks cute in her lavender dress. She is also foiled but couldn’t capture that in the photo unfortunately.
A few reasons I love digistamps over mounted stamps:
- They don’t take up alot of room!
- Buy em once and they last forever!
- Affordably priced!
My last make is a bookmark. They are super easy to make with just a few extra items. I will have to do a tutorial soon! I think the main reason I love Wildflower so much is all the attitude she has and she is small and super cute! I hope you enjoyed my makes today and will come join the fun we have over on the Vera Lane Studio Facebook group
See you next week! Go make something awesome!
