Vintage Style Cherub Embossed Card
Good morning! I am excited to show my first make for the Emerald Creek Design Team. I’m over on the Emerald Creek Blog sharing this vintage styled cherub card. The Dare Challenge theme is flowers and we would love for you to join the challenge with your flower themed project. Links below.
Little Thinkerbelle just had this vintage look to her so I decided to stamp her in coffee Archival Ink.
I used various alcohol markers and handmade watercolors to color her. I added depth with Inktense pencils and blended with a water brush.
To enhance the vintage look I inked the edges with coffee Archival Ink. I also added some white highlights with a Posca paint pen.
Next comes the icing on the cake…or embossing powder on the edges 🙂 Charred Gold Emerald Creek embossing powder was the perfect choice to finish off this vintage cutie! Distressed sari ribbon added to complete the vintage card.
