I’m excited to share my first project for the Mixed Up Magazine Blog Challenge Team! The theme this month is TEXTURE!
What is texture?
Well according to Merrium-Webster it is the visual or tactile surface characteristics and appearance of something.
I think the ATC I created is a wonderful example of texture. I truly love texture in my art projects. So for my first project I chose my favorite colors and tried out a new medium, embossing powder.
*Close up of the texture detail.
Don’t forget to come check out all the fun over on the Mixed Up Magazine Blog!
Items used for this ATC are: Emerald Creek embossing powder, vintage music sheets, stamps, text stickers, paint pens, Marabu & Distress art crayons and inks.
Until next time…go make something awesome!
